Matesa Örme has a total of 134 circular knitting machines in tube and open width forms in various hazes, and its daily raw fabric production capacity is 50 tons. Single jersey, single jersey elastane, Two yarn, Two yarn spandex, Three Yarn, interlock, Rib, Rib elastane, Punto Milano, Punto di Roma, Camisole, Single and Double gathered pique, Pique elastane, Narrow Pus Single jersey, Crepe and Thessaloniki production variety the service provider Matesa Örme; It produces cotton & cotton-polyester & viscose-polyester & viscose & Modal blends. Our knitting dye business, where we have Raising, Shaving and carbon brush (ULTRA SOFT) machines; It has a total of 42 tons of daily dyeing capacity with dyeing machines of various capacities. (1100 tons/month)  Bleaching is an integrated facility where finishing with dyes and special finishes is performed, and it also provides services in the field of pigment printing with its tube and open width rotation printing line.

Matesa Weaving Department is one of the largest fabric production facilities in Turkey in this field, with an annual fabric production capacity of 18 million meters. While making this production, our basic principle is to respect nature. For this purpose, every stage of production is meticulously followed and water, energy and chemical consumption are tried to be reduced.

In addition, our company has put the use of recycle, organic and BCI cottons, which are indispensable parts of the concept of sustainability, at the center of its production approach. In this way, environmentally friendly production methods are used at every stage of production. With our wide product range, we provide service to world-famous brands and their supply chains.

PFD, reactive top-dyed, natural and printed fabrics can be produced at the dyehouse stage. In all product groups, fabrics with and without lycra, power-strech and rigid properties blended with different fiber mixtures can be produced. With its wide product range, a wide product range is offered that can meet the casual & smart fabric needs of the market. We can briefly classify these products as twills, denim look bull twills, panamas, textures, corduroys and yarn dyed (gabardine, denim looking fabrics, canvas, different knits, velvet and yarn dyed).

Many different fibers such as cotton, tencel, hemp, linen, viscose and polyester are frequently used in the aforementioned products. Velvet fabrics, which are rarely produced in our country, are produced within Matesa with a fully integrated production approach. We have velvet production from 4 wicks to 26 wicks as 100% cotton or cotton-lycra in our business. We can produce our velvet fabrics as PFD, reactive dyed and yarn dyed. Matesa Weaving Unit regularly participates in Munich Fabric Start and Premiere Vision Paris fairs. The main collections are prepared twice a year, in summer and winter, and 2 capsul collections are offered to support these collections.

With 6 yarn factories, 2 of them are Open-End, 1 of them is Vortex and 3 of them are Ring technology, they produce blended or unmixed, slub, elastane, compact and colored yarn from different fiber types (cotton, viscose, polyester). The daily production capacity is 120 tons. Yarn dyeing capacity is 6.000 kg per day and fiber dyeing capacity is 7.500 kg per day.

MATESA DENIM

Established in 2006, Matesa Denim Division is one of the largest integrated denim fabric production facilities in Turkey. Matesa Denim department has a monthly production capacity of 1,800,000 meters with 2 pieces of 28 rope dyeing machines. Weaving needs are met with a total of 176 weaving looms.

With our wide product range, we provide high quality products and services to world-famous brands and their supply chains with an annual fabric production capacity of 21 million meters. While making this production, our basic principle is to respect nature.
